- To stop the building of the East-West road tunnel that would result in the compulsory acquisition of hundreds of houses in the Sunshine area.
- To press the government to increase investment in the public transport system.
- To press the government to upgrade existing railway corridors rather than spend on expensive rail tunnels that may not meet Melbourne's Transport needs.
- To push for the development of safe bicycle routes so the bicycles become an alternative form of transport to cars. We want bike routes for transport not just recreation.
- To oppose the truck action plan that would see huge trucks rattling through our suburbs.
